SHIPPING

We use USPS for shipping. We offer either First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight and customer preference.

If you need a faster or another shipping method, please contact us via email at support@beegroomed.com and we will look at other possible options.

For bulk orders or orders that exceed 20 pounds, please contact us via email at support@beegroomed.com to get accurate shipping cost.

We make every attempt to ship orders within 48-72 hours of when your order is placed.

REFUNDS

Bee Groomed products are handmade (except the brushes/comb) and made to order! We hope you love the products as much as we do.

We will provide refunds on items that are unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase.

To return your item:

1. Repackage your products.
2. Email us at support@beegroomed.com with your intent to return your purchase.
3. We’ll email you back with a return label.
4. Print out the label and affix to your package with purchase.
5. Drop off at your nearest post office.

Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process once the returned item has been received.
